Following the advice contained in the Prime Ministers latest announcement regarding the steps we need to take to get the economy moving safely, Future Garden stores are now operating as usual, but with the addition of strict social distancing rules. As of the 24th July, it's also compulsory for customers to wear masks in store. Click & Collect / Telephone orders are operating as usual.

The Future Garden website is also up and running normally, dispatching hundreds of orders every day to keep you well stocked up.

Our team are working flat out processing the hugely increased volume of orders whilst maintaining the safe working distances and best practices to keep them safe. Our delivery partners are also doing their best to keep up with demand, with a reduced workforce.

As a result, your delivery might take slightly longer than normal to reach you, and to be safe we are asking customers to allow 2-5 working days for their order to reach them.

  • At Checkout, change your shipping selection to 'Collect from our Warehouse...' and either Chigwell, or Chelmsford - depending on your personal preference
  • Call the number for your chosen collection point to arrange an appointment day and time

When will my order arrive?

Our courier partners can no longer provide ‘guaranteed’ delivery date due to the volume of parcels moving around the network each day. To avoid disappointment, we’ve limited our delivery options to just our Standard Delivery and cannot currently provide Next Day AM, or Next Day before 10AM services. There are however delays in the network due to the additional volume, so delays are to be expected. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.

I emailed customer services but haven’t had a response yet?

At this time, the best way to contact us to answer any order issues is by EMAIL. As you can imagine, we’re receiving lots of questions from customers at this time and as a result it’s taking us a bit longer to respond than usual. If you haven’t heard from us within 7 days of emailing, please do contact us again.

What if things change?

We’re all in the same boat here unfortunately, and we’re doing our best to adapt each day to the changing conditions / advice. We’ll continue to process customer orders for as long as we are able, and it is safe to do so. We’ll continue to update this page with additional information as necessary.
