Order process

When you you make your online order, our warehouse pick and pack it in preparation for sending. The quality team give the final sign off and the delivery driver scans your parcel on to the van.
As soon as your parcel is in the system, you receive your dispatch email and tracking information. The delivery driver usually delivers your parcel the next working day, and the transaction is complete.

Customer service

The awesome online customer service team are here to answer your calls and emails. As with everything in life, issues do crop up, and this is where the CS team shine. The team work tirelessly to help and resolve any online order issues.
