The Optilux 600W Digital Light Kit comes complete and ready to plug and play. It's simple to use, just connect all the components and this 600W grow light kit is ready to go.
We've done all the work of choosing individual parts in this kit and carefully selected all the components specifically for use with each other. The Optilux 600W MH & HPS Digital Grow Light Kit includes:
- Optilux euro reflector: A lightweight, open ended, highly polished dimpled reflector.
- Optilux 600w ballast: Balances the power your lamp receives.
- Optilux 600w Metal Halide Lamp
- Optilux 600w HPS Power Lamp
This kit is perfect for those embarking on a hydroponic project as well as larger operations that are looking to expand on a budget, representing great value for money for any size garden.
The combination of Metal Halide and HPS Agro power Lamps ensures you benefit from the closer inter-nodal spacing which helps to develop more flowering sites, as well as the increase in flower size and density in the fruiting period.
Euro reflectors are a staple among indoor growers, they’re wide angled and open ended so there won’t be any heat building up under the shade allowing you to get the reflector closer to your canopy without negative affects creeping in. Euro reflectors are made from a highly reflective anodised aluminium that’s hammered and dimpled so there’s no hot-spots with an even light distribution.
Digital ballasts are superior to magnetic ballasts in every way except initial outlay. They weigh less, are quieter, use less electricity and prolong the life of your bulb through soft-start and surge protection. The main benefit of digital ballasts is that they’re adjustable so you won’t have to buy another ballast if you want to run different wattage lamps.
How Do I Use The Optilux 600W MH & HPS Digital Grow Light Kit?
CAUTION: Remove the protective plastic layer on the reflector before you power on this grow light kit.
Plug the lamp into the reflector, and plug the reflector into the ballast. Turn on the power, and you’re ready to go.
Garden tip: It is best to use a contactor to control the on/off switching of the light fixture to be safe from an electrical standpoint.
We recommend replacing your bulbs every 4 – 6 months, or once every complete cycle to keep output as high as possible – making yields more consistent across cycles.
We recommend mounting your ballast outside your room – place them above waist level to reduce the chances of moisture getting near the units. If you’re sitting them in your room place them on wooden blocks or bricks to allow some air movement around the unit.
Don't forget to add some Light hangers to suspend your lights with.

As per the Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014, you can return goods and receive a full refund under the following conditions:
- You have had the goods delivered within seven working days of delivery from Future Garden Ltd, this starts from the day after the goods have been signed for.
- The items are unopened and in the original condition as when they were delivered to you.
or
- The items have developed a fault during standard use.
- The items are within the manufacturer's warranty period.
