Each model combines an energy-efficient EC motor with a mixed-flow design to help remove trapped heat, excess humidity and stale air. Powerful ventilation need not sound like a helicopter preparing to land, either, with operating noise ranging from just 39 to 45dB.

Choose the Right AeroZesh Fan Size

• 4-inch – 208 CFM (353m³/hr), 39dB: A compact choice for smaller grow tents and indoor growing spaces.
• 6-inch – 405 CFM (688m³/hr), 45dB: Suitable for medium grow tents and setups up to approximately 1.2 × 1.2m.
• 8-inch – 830 CFM (1,410m³/hr), 45dB: Powerful extraction for larger spaces around 1.2 × 2.4m.
• 10-inch – 1,210 CFM (2,055m³/hr), 39dB: Designed for large 2.4 × 2.4m tents and high-heat, multi-light environments.
• 12-inch – 1,615 CFM (2,744m³/hr), 39dB: Maximum airflow for approximately 3 × 3m spaces, commercial grow rooms and demanding ventilation systems.

Tent-size recommendations are approximate. Carbon filters, duct length, bends, lighting heat and the surrounding room temperature can affect the airflow required.

The included GrowHub E12 controller remembers your previous fan speed after shutdown. Three ON/OFF cycle modes also provide intermittent ventilation, helping maintain airflow while reducing unnecessary power use.

How to Install Your VIVOSUN AeroZesh Fan

1. Mount the fan: Secure it inside or outside your grow space using suitable straps or mounting brackets.
2. Connect the controller: Plug the fan into the GrowHub E12 and select your preferred speed or cycle mode.
3. Route the extraction: Connect correctly sized ducting and vent warm, humid air away from the growing space.
4. Test and adjust: Run the system, monitor conditions and fine-tune the airflow as required.
