What is Home Defence® Ant Clear® Bait Station™?
The all-in-one Ant Clear® Bait Station™ is an OF&G certified organic, insecticidal bait station. It works to destroy ants and their nests.
Simple to use and suitable for home use, it helps to control ants in and around your home, garden and other buildings where you don't want ants. As long as you protect it from rain, you can use the Ant Clear Bait Station inside or outside. Best used on hard surfaces where ants are a pest, such terraces and patios.

How Does Ant Clear Bait Station Work?
Worker Ants are attracted to the bait, as they think it's food and collect it to take back to the nest to share with the other ants, including the queen. The active bait works to kill off the nest from within. Once the queen dies, egg production ceases. Ant activity outside the nest then becomes noticeably lighter from three to six days. Ant Clear completely eliminates the nest in one to three weeks.
The active component in the Ant Clear bait station is derived from spinosad and chrysanthemum flower extract. This OF&G certified product is safe to use around the house, both indoors and out, as long as it is weather protected.
When Should I Use Ant Clear Bait Station?
Use Ant Clear Bait Station at the first sign of ant activity in the house or anywhere you don't want ants around the garden or buildings. One station is normally enough to eliminate one nest.
Garden tip:
- If you have ants entering a building in more than one place, this usually means more than one nest.
How Do I Use Ant Clear Bait Station?
Once you deploy a bait station, keep it dry. Check regularly and replace once depleted.
Indoors:
- 1. Break off the four spurs to expose the entrances to the bait station.
- 2. Place the station close to where you see ants.
Outside:
- 1. Break off the four spurs to expose the entrances to the bait station.
- 2. Place the station close to the ant nest.
- 3. Cover the bait station with a brick or tile to keep it dry (and away from pets and wildlife).

Keep out of reach of children. Always read the product's label and user instructions before use and/or disposal.
When handling the product: wear protective gloves and do not eat, drink or smoke. Wash hands immediately after handling this product.
Keep pets and children away from bait stations.
Do not use on or near food, feed or drinks. Do not use on or near food preparation sites, including surfaces or utensils likely to be in direct contact with food, feed or drinks.
Never use where the product could get on food or in drinks or animal feed/water.

As per the Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014, you can return goods and receive a full refund under the following conditions:
- You have had the goods delivered within seven working days of delivery from Future Garden Ltd, this starts from the day after the goods have been signed for.
- The items are unopened and in the original condition as when they were delivered to you.
or
- The items have developed a fault during standard use.
- The items are within the manufacturer's warranty period.
