Our standard mainland parcel delivery service is provided by DHL.

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, standard mainland parcels are sent using DHL’s next working day delivery service. Please allow approximately 2–3 working days from placing your order to delivery.

The next working day courier service starts after dispatch, not after you place your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

The parcel prices below apply to each standard shipping box weighing up to 30kg. Regional rates replace the standard mainland parcel rate. Additional charges may apply to heavy, bulky or oversized items.

Regional parcel services normally take approximately 3–4 working days overall, including our standard dispatch time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be longer for some remote destinations. Please contact us before ordering to confirm service availability and the applicable rate for your postcode.

Free Standard Delivery

Free standard delivery is available on qualifying orders of £99 and over to standard mainland delivery postcodes. The order must weigh no more than 30kg and fit into one standard shipping box.

Free delivery does not apply to the regional destinations listed above.
Garden Power Tools and our Garden Furniture Range are excluded from free delivery.
Heavy or bulky items, including growing media such as soil, perlite and clay pebbles, selected box fans, grow tents and 20L A+B nutrient sets, may attract additional charges regardless of order value.
Long items over 1 metre may incur additional delivery charges.

Applicable exclusions and delivery charges will be identified on the relevant product pages and in the delivery information. The order’s delivery total is confirmed at checkout. If a bespoke quote is required, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the cost.

Multiple Parcels and Heavy Items

Where an order can be split safely into standard parcels, delivery is charged per box, with a maximum of 30kg per parcel. For standard mainland orders that do not qualify for free delivery, two standard boxes cost £15.90, with each additional standard box charged at £7.95.

Individual items weighing over 30kg cannot be split between boxes and may require pallet delivery or another specialist service. Please contact us for a quote.

Stock Availability and Dispatch

Our normal 1–2 working day dispatch time applies to in-stock items. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays begin processing on the next working day.

Non-stock, special-order and supplier-dispatched items, including applicable Garden Power Tools and Garden Furniture, may have longer lead times. Please check the product page or contact us before ordering. If an unexpected stock issue affects your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Busy periods and courier disruption can affect dispatch and delivery times. If you need an order by a particular date or have a special delivery requirement, please contact us before purchasing.

Pallet Deliveries

Mainland pallet delivery starts from £60 per pallet. The final price depends on the delivery address, weight and dimensions. Please contact us before ordering for a confirmed quote and dispatch and delivery estimate. Pallet delivery is excluded from free parcel delivery.

Warehouse Collection and Customer-Arranged Couriers

To collect your order, or arrange your own courier, select “Collect from our Warehouse — Romford” at checkout.

Please wait until we confirm your order is ready before travelling or booking a courier. Our warehouse address is available on our Contact Us page.

Customers outside our delivery areas, including the Republic of Ireland and the EU, may arrange their own courier collection. Please contact us before ordering to confirm that we can prepare the goods and any required documentation for your collection. You arrange and pay for your courier and any applicable import or export charges.

International Delivery

We do not offer international delivery through our checkout, other than the Isle of Man and Channel Islands services specifically listed above. Customers arranging onward delivery elsewhere should use the customer-arranged courier collection option described above.

Missed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully and monitor your tracking information for redelivery or collection instructions.

If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss redelivery or cancellation. Where a return results from an incorrect address supplied by you or failure to collect, reasonable additional delivery or return costs may be payable where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase. Any redelivery charge will be confirmed before you agree to it.

We will not charge you for a failed delivery caused by us or our courier. Refunds, including any refund of standard outward delivery charges required by law, will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

Delayed, Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived by its expected delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 working days, so we can investigate with the courier.

Reporting a problem later does not remove your statutory rights or prevent us from investigating. Courier claim deadlines do not limit your rights against us.

returns policy

As per the Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014, you can return goods and receive a full refund under the following conditions:

You have had the goods delivered within seven working days of delivery from Future Garden Ltd, this starts from the day after the goods have been signed for.
The items are unopened and in the original condition as when they were delivered to you.

The items have developed a fault during standard use.
The items are within the manufacturer's warranty period.

Please ensure that any parcels delivered are intact and free from damage and unopened, if they appear to show any damage please make a note when signing for the goods, alternatively you can refuse delivery of these items, however only full refusal if multiple parcels will be accepted, in the unlikely event this occurs please contact us asap on 020 8502 7722 or by email info@futuregarden.co.uk.
