What Are RAM Bug Barriers?

The RAM Bug Barrier is a fine mesh screen that fits to intake fans to prevent insects from getting into your growroom. This screen comes with Velcro strips for you to attach to your intake fan to allow for easy adjustment - creating the perfect fit!

The holes in the bug screen are small enough to catch insects, but large enough to maintain airflow through your intake system.

When Can I Use RAM Bug Barrier?

Use RAM Bug Barriers all year around to prevent insects being sucking into your garden. You can position the RAM Bug Barrier over your inlet fan or over inlets and ducting to prevent bugs from entering your indoor garden through the openings. We’ve got control over so many variables when growing indoors, and an insect invasion can cause serious issues, wasting time and resources.

These bug shields are particularly important during spring, summer and autumn as there are higher numbers of insects in the wild, which could potentially be sucked into your intake to infest your garden.

Pests can be hard to treat once they’re in your space. Prevention is better than cure.

What Size Are RAM Bug Barriers Available In?

Available in a range of sizes to suite any garden, including:

4 Inch / 100mm
5 Inch / 125mm
6 Inch / 150mm
8 Inch / 200mm
10 Inch / 250mm
12 Inch / 315mm

Although these bug barriers reduce the chance of bugs entering your space, you can still accidentally introduce them on your clothes or hair, so care should still be taken when visiting your garden.

How Do I Use RAM Bug Barriers?

The Velcro straps make installation easy – just tighten the barrier around the ducting to make sure no insects can get in around the sides.

When you clean down your room between harvests, don’t forget to clean the bug screen as dust, debris and trapped insects will reduce airflow.

returns policy

As per the Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014, you can return goods and receive a full refund under the following conditions:

You have had the goods delivered within seven working days of delivery from Future Garden Ltd, this starts from the day after the goods have been signed for.
The items are unopened and in the original condition as when they were delivered to you.

or

The items have developed a fault during standard use.
The items are within the manufacturer's warranty period.

Please ensure that any parcels delivered are intact and free from damage and unopened, if they appear to show any damage please make a note when signing for the goods, alternatively you can refuse delivery of these items, however only full refusal if multiple parcels will be accepted, in the unlikely event this occurs please contact us asap on 020 8502 7722 or by email info@futuregarden.co.uk.
