A rich rural heritage
Although Chelmsford may be best known as the home of high-tech companies like Marconi, it was originally a market town that served as the centre of commerce and trade for the hundreds of small farms dotted across rural Essex. Nowadays, Chelmsford (recently granted City status), is the perfect location for our hydroponics store – with great access from London and beyond.
Where are we?
Future Garden Chelmsford is easy to find. We’re just minutes from the A12/A414, making us easy to get to from one of the most direct routes in the whole of Essex. Simply follow the A414 into Chelmsford until you come to the roundabout on London Road. Take the first exit up to the next roundabout a few hundred yards, and take the first exit again, onto the A1016. Turn onto the Widford Industrial Estate, and you’ve arrived.

If you’re travelling from a little further afield then we’re easy to get to from the M11 or A12.
