What Are Replacement T5 Tube Lights?

Replacement T5 tube lights are designed and developed to replace like-for-like T5 tube lights from LightWave T5 grow lights. LightWave T5 light fixtures are used for Plants, Terrariums, as well as Aquariums.

What Replacement T5 Tubes Can I Get?

Replacement T5 tubes are available for 60 cm (2') LightWave T5 grow lights and 120 cm (4') LightWave T5 grow lights. T5 replacement tubes are available in 6400K (cool blue) propagation lamps and 2700K (red) flowering tubes.

What Are LightWave T5 Grow Lamps Used For?

The LightWave T5 grow lights are intended as propagation lamps, to grow your crops through the vegetative stages of growth. Adding more red lamps will turn your propagation lights into a flowering light and push your plants into flowering or fruiting stages. However, you'll get larger yields by using a more powerful LED grow light or HID grow light kit.

LightWave T5 Lamp Use Cases

  • Indoor gardeners use LightWave T5 light fixtures to propagate and grow plants in smaller grow spaces or where height is an issue. T5's are perfect for seedlings, cuttings, and mother plants. Whatever size of garden, and however many cuttings, or seedlings you need, there'll be a perfect size of fixture for you.
  • Zookeepers use LightWave T5 lights to illuminate reptile enclosures. With a variety of sizes and light spectrums available, Zookeepers can tailor the light they need to provide for living plants and reptiles. Paired with lighting timers and controllers they can provide the natural day/night periods to match the environment the reptiles need.
  • Aquariums: LightWave T5 light fixtures are recommended for Aquariums to provide the correct light spectrum for planted aquariums. Using T5's provides a lower lighting level, which lowers the requirement for CO2 and fertilization. They also lower the risk of an algae outbreak. Using T5 lights with lighting timers and controllers allows aquarium owners to provide the required photo-periods for the fish and any plant life in the aquarium. The ability to buy different light spectrum bulbs allows aquarium keepers to create the right light spectrum for the fish and plant life in their living aquarium.

Because of the aesthetic appeal of these lamps, the LightWave T5’s are ideal for illuminating floral displays. T5 light fixtures emit very little heat, they’re much safer than other, mote intense grow light units and can be placed very close to the plants without scorching the plant. In addition, compared to traditional HID lighting systems, they have an extremely low power consumption.

Standard UK mainland orders over £50.00 are eligible for a free standard next working day delivery service (Mon – Fri)*.

  • *Free delivery includes orders up to, and not exceeding, 30kg, that fit in a single, standard shipping box.

As per the Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014, you can return goods and receive a full refund under the following conditions:

  • You have had the goods delivered within seven working days of delivery from Future Garden Ltd, this starts from the day after the goods have been signed for.
  • The items are unopened and in the original condition as when they were delivered to you.


  • The items have developed a fault during standard use.
  • The items are within the manufacturer's warranty period.

  • Please ensure that any parcels delivered are intact and free from damage and unopened, if they appear to show any damage please make a note when signing for the goods, alternatively you can refuse delivery of these items, however only full refusal if multiple parcels will be accepted, in the unlikely event this occurs please contact us asap on 020 8502 7722 or by email
