What Are Thompson & Morgan Mint Seeds?
Thompson & Morgan Mint makes the ideal accompaniment to roast lamb. Making your own, fresh, homemade mint sauce is hard to beat! Add to boiled new potatoes and peas, make mint jelly, garnish summer drinks or for a refreshing cup of mint tea. Growing mint is really easy, and this aromatic herb brings a multitude of culinary uses.
Mint is a vigorous perennial. It is best planted in a container or large large plant pot to control its spread.
Growing mint is easy for all levels of gardener. It's the perfect crop to get children interested in gardening.
Garden tip: Once established, mint requires little aftercare. Harvest mint leaves before the flowers develop and use them fresh, dried or frozen. Cut back the old stems in autumn and repot container-grown plants annually in spring.
How Do I Sow Thompson & Morgan Mint Seeds?

Sowing Seeds
Sow mint seeds indoors or under glass from winter to early summer.
- Sow in 9 cm (33 cl) pots or seed trays.
- Sow seeds on the surface of barely moist seed compost.
Garden tip: Don't cover the seeds with compost. Place the seed tray in a heated propagator at a temperature of 21-24C (70-75F) until germination, which takes 7–16 days.
When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant to 9 cm (33 cl) pots (if not already in pots) and grow on in cooler conditions.
When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise mint plants to outdoor conditions over 7–10 days before planting outdoors.
Garden tip: Grow mint in any well drained soil in full sun or partial shade at a distance of 30 cm (12") apart. It is advised that you grow mint in containers to control its vigorous growth.

As per the Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014, you can return goods and receive a full refund under the following conditions:
- You have had the goods delivered within seven working days of delivery from Future Garden Ltd, this starts from the day after the goods have been signed for.
- The items are unopened and in the original condition as when they were delivered to you.

- The items have developed a fault during standard use.
- The items are within the manufacturer's warranty period.
